[흑채] 덤매치 회사에서 회신이 왔네요..

제가 조금전.. 덤매치가 세관을 통과하지 못할경우.. 환불이 되느냐고 질문을 했더니,
20분만에 답변이 왔네요.. 내용상 환불은 걱정을 안하셔도 될것 같습니다.
그래도 통관을 해야 할텐데.. 걱정이네요!

제 질문내용입니다.

My name is XXX that ordered Dermmatch yesterday.
By the way, I heard the bad news from a person who ordered the latest Dermmatch.
The bad news was that do not pass Dermmatch in South Korea customhouse justly.
Reason is that entry permission did not occur.

So, is going to express one favor.

If I would fail to clear customs here and return them to you. Could you please
refund the money to me?
It will be appreciated if you would reply as soon as possible.
