The error is not ours, we print out the information you write when placing the order and placing it on the package. Its impossible the system will make a numerical mistake. We have customers that doing mistakes all the time with the way they write the email address, address and even with name but we cannot control it.
The best I can do is give an extra month for free but you need to make the re shipping payment since the 1st order is lost. We do not re ship medicine that has been in the post office for long time. I am sure you would not like to receive a shipment that was returned by other customer.
Please make the re shipping payment and I will make sure you will receive 1 more month for it.
