If you wish to keep a buzz cut, its advisable to go for FUSE/fue.
FUHT, on the other hand, can give more total # of scalp grafts in a single strip. It gives, on average 4000 to 4500 grafts in a single strip (as compared to 3000 for FUSE/fue). However, it leaves a suture scar in the donor area that will require you to grow hair longer to keep hidden.
The result in recipient area is same for similar number of grafts by both the methods.
The two methods would require different number of days.

At your present age and status of hair loss, you may require multiple hair transplants as and when you loose more of your pre existing hair.
Going for the first hair transplant you must keep this in mind.
Ideally, it is best to go for hair transplant when your hair loss has stabilised or your mentally prepared for future hair transplants.
