위키백과에 5-alpha-reductase inhibitor 라고 검색하면 나와요.
위키백과가 100%믿을 수 있는건 아니지만. 다행히 출처가 있어서 어느정도 신뢰는 가네요.
제가 대충이라도 알고있던건 아연 리보플라빈 베타시테스테롤 쏘팔메토 정도였는데
다양한게 있네요. 한번쯤 참고해보는것도 좋겠네요

Further dual phytotherapeutic 5a-reductase inhibitors include, among other extracts of Pygeum africanum, Artocarpus altilis (breadfruit), Thuja orientalis, Laminaria saccharina, Arnica montana, Cinchona succirubra, Eugenia caryophyllata (cloves), Humulus lupulus (hops), Hypericum perforatum (St Johns wort), Mentha piperita (peppermint), Rosmarinus officinalis, Salvia officinalis (sage) and Thymus officinalis; furthermore, diterpens, flavins, and isoflavonoids such as genistein and daidzein, lignans, resveratrol, curcumin, and certain polyunsaturated fatty acids.
The relative inhibitory potencies of unsaturated fatty acids are, in decreasing order: GLA, alpha-linolenic acid, linoleic acid, palmitoleic acid, oleic acid, and myristoleic acid.[68] Medium chain fatty acids such as those found in coconut and the kernel of many palm fruits have also been found to inhibit 5α-reductase.[69]

Certain pesticides are able to disturb the sex steroid hormone system and to act as antiandrogens.[70]
